Subject	clutch installed, unable to step on paddle ?

Message	I have JWT clutch and flywheel combo, installed today however there is no way I can step on the clutch paddle, it is too too hard. So I dropped the tranny out and again making sure that I did not install anything wrong, everything seem to be installed correctly. This clutch and slave cylinder have about 1500 miles on them, they were working perfectly a few months back. I did not install the shifter assembly yet, nor the driveshaft but i dont think that would make any different. So what is the problem here, can someone please help me!!!
